AID EFFECTIVENESS

Aid Effectiveness, under the Ministry of Finance, Economics and Development, focuses on ensuring that all external development assistance to Kiribati is aligned with national priorities and delivers maximum impact. It involves coordinating donor support, improving transparency and accountability, and strengthening national systems for planning, budgeting, and reporting. The goal is to enhance the efficiency, alignment, and sustainability of aid to support inclusive growth and the successful implementation of the Kiribati Development Plan (KDP) and Kiribati Vision 20 (KV20).
